Digital asset conference TOKEN2049 opened its sold-out 2026 edition in Singapore on Oct. 7, drawing 25,000 attendees from 160 countries to Marina Bay Sands for the start of the two-day event.
The conference features 250 speakers across six parallel stages and 500 exhibitors. Following the conclusion of its first day, the event will launch its dedicated institutional program on Oct. 8, bringing together senior executives from traditional financial firms including BlackRock Inc., Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Morgan Stanley and Nasdaq Inc.
The inaugural TOKEN2049 Institutional track gathers 250 leaders from traditional finance and digital assets for private sessions. Other additions to this year’s program include a city pavilion representing Dubai regulators and real estate companies, the $250,000 NEXUS Startup Competition and the 36-hour Origins Hackathon with a $150,000 prize pool.
“Six stages will run in parallel across the two days, with some major announcements set to be made,” TOKEN2049 Co-Founder Alex Fiskum said. “It’s been a full year since our last TOKEN2049 experience. We can’t wait to welcome the global industry back to Singapore.”
Keynote speakers across the conference include Nasdaq Chair and Chief Executive Officer Adena Friedman, Franklin Templeton CEO Jenny Johnson, Polymarket Founder and CEO Shayne Coplan, and Hyperliquid Labs CEO Jeff Yan. The event also features Formula One drivers Max Verstappen, Lando Norris and Jenson Button ahead of Singapore’s Grand Prix weekend.
