Attempts to the following platforms now return server errors, as verified by BitPinas on August 7, 2025 at around 5:00 am:
    • OKX
    • Bybit
    • MEXC
    • Kucoin
    • Bitget
    • Phemex
    • CoinEx
    • Bitmart
    • Poloniex
    • Kraken

BitPinas initially verified the blocks through multiple tests and screenshots. Dvcode founder Eli Rabadon earlier confirmed that Smart, which shares infrastructure with PLDT, had already restricted access.

The SEC released an investor advisory warning the public against ten unregistered crypto platforms. The advisory referenced the agency’s new Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) Rules and emphasized the risk to users who trade or invest through these exchanges.
