NFT sales reached $39.85 million over the seven days to Oct. 10, up 0.90% from the previous week, as Ethereum retained its blockchain lead and Pudgy Penguins sales more than doubled.

According to data from CryptoSlam, weekly NFT sales totaled $39,853,744 in its seven-day dashboard checked on Oct. 10.
The tracker recorded 30,332 buyer addresses, down 85.33%, and 30,598 seller addresses, down 84.45%. Transactions fell to 778,055, a 6.92% decline from the previous seven-day period.
The small increase in dollar sales came alongside much larger declines in participating addresses. Based on the dashboard totals, the average recorded transaction value was about $51.22.
Separately, CoinGecko listed Bitcoin near $82,768 and Ethereum around $2,494 on Oct. 10, with total cryptocurrency market capitalization at approximately $2.89 trillion.
Ethereum leads NFT sales with $17.60 million
CryptoSlam ranked Ethereum first with $17,604,074 in seven-day sales, an increase of 4.52%. The network accounted for approximately 44.2% of the global NFT sales total.
Ethereum recorded 4,254 buyer addresses, down 85.84%. Its separately tracked wash-trading volume reached $1.15 million, up 12.45%, bringing combined sales and wash volume to $18.76 million.
Polygon held second place with $8,622,071 in sales, up 5.76%. Buyer addresses declined 78.88% to 10,055.
The dashboard also identified $19.03 million in Polygon wash trading, down 17.86%. That category represented 68.81% of the network’s combined $27.65 million volume and remained separate from its ranked sales figure.
Bitcoin followed in third place with $3,547,457 in sales, down 7.33%. Its buyer count dropped 88.02% to 1,243, while wash volume declined 2.42% to $80,297.
The largest individual transaction on CryptoSlam’s weekly list came from Bitcoin’s $8888 BRC-20 NFTs collection. That recorded sale represented approximately 9.2% of Bitcoin’s weekly NFT sales.
Immutable ranked fourth with $2,643,301, an increase of 22.06%. Its buyer addresses fell 84.82% to 823, while recorded wash trading totaled just $47.
Base took fifth place with $2,402,530 in sales, up 27.87%. Buyer addresses declined 92.68% to 247, and separately recorded wash volume rose 79.91% to $4.80 million.
BNB Chain placed sixth with $1,801,744, down 16.26%, as buyer addresses fell 92.67% to 1,381.
Solana followed with $1,574,984 in sales, a 10.51% decline. Its buyer count dropped 88.49% to 5,373.
Together, the six leading blockchains generated approximately $36.62 million, accounting for 91.9% of the global sales total.
Courtyard tops weekly NFT collection sales
CryptoSlam ranked Polygon-based Courtyard first among collections with $7,681,622 in sales, up 6.56%. The collection accounted for approximately 19.3% of global NFT sales and 89.1% of Polygon’s sales.
Courtyard recorded 133,068 transactions, an increase of 7.52%. Buyer addresses fell 7.50% to 19,547, while seller addresses declined 3.96% to 15,397.
Courtyard says its digital collectibles represent physical items held in its vault, with owners able to request delivery. Its shipping documentation states that packages within the United States generally arrive within about 10 business days of invoice processing.
Ethereum-based CryptoPunks ranked second with $2,452,755 in sales, up 24.45%. Transactions increased 23.81% to 26, while buyer addresses remained unchanged at 18.
Pudgy Penguins placed third with $1,496,813, a 125.66% increase. CryptoSlam recorded 196 transactions, up 151.28%, alongside 94 buyer addresses and 123 seller addresses.
The collection’s buyer count increased 54.10%, while its seller count rose 101.64%.
Guild of Guardians Heroes followed in fourth place on Immutable-Zk with $1,343,618 in sales, up 27.96%. Transactions increased 28.43% to 908, and buyer addresses rose 5.54% to 591.
Argonauts ranked fifth with $1,335,501 on Ethereum, an increase of 11.89%. Its transaction count fell 10.62% to 589, while buyer addresses declined 28.53% to 233.
Base-based Beezie took sixth place with $847,665, up 18.08%. The dashboard recorded 9,638 transactions, down 7.29%, involving seven buyer addresses and 239 seller addresses.
Claus rounded out the leading seven collections with $823,768 on Ethereum. CryptoSlam listed 265 transactions, 151 buyer addresses and 188 seller addresses.
Bitcoin’s $8888 leads high-value NFT sales
CryptoSlam’s weekly rankings placed a $8888 BRC-20 NFT transaction first at $327,125.81, settled for 3.9989 BTC approximately one day before the dashboard check.
The inscription, identified as 6927200da2c680f31483e9278b632cb62e3877fc320fd144b684762ef1a86015i0, accounted for nearly all of the collection’s $327,134 weekly volume across two transactions.
Flying Tulip PUT #7571 ranked second at $148,851, paid in 148,851 USDT on Ethereum approximately five days earlier.
Flying Tulip describes its PUT NFTs as positions carrying remaining FT tokens and collateral redemption rights, with those rights transferring to a purchaser.
CryptoPunks #2651 placed third with a $135,636.77 sale, settled for 50 ETH approximately four days earlier.
CryptoPunks #5713 followed at $132,924.03, paid in 49 ETH around the same time. The dashboard showed the same buyer address for both CryptoPunks purchases.
Flying Tulip PUT #149 completed the five largest sales at $126,873, settled in 126,873 USDT on Ethereum approximately four days before the check.
